10-Minute Workout – Full Body Sequence

Hi Everyone,

Today’s workout is not to be missed.


It works your core, strengthens muscles all over, and includes cardio.


Best of all, it only takes 10 minutes to do and can even be reduced to 5 minutes for beginners or for those that don’t have time.

Here’s how it works:

There are 6 exercises that work various parts of the body to give you a full-body workout.


Perform these exercises one after the other until the time runs out.


Rest as needed and keep a record of how many rounds you completed.


The next time you try this workout, try to beat your score.


Here are the exercise details:

1. Squats x 5 reps


2. Pike Press Jumps x 5 reps


3. Mountain Climbers x 5 reps


4. Back Rows x 5 reps (alternate arms)


5. Superwoman/man x 5 reps
