8-Minute Full Body Interval Workout

Hi Everyone,

Here’s another 8-minute full body interval workout and once again, no equipment is needed.


I show exercise regressions for beginners so anyone can do this.


The goal is to perform each exercise in intervals of 10 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of work for 6 rounds.


So each exercise will take you 4 minutes to do.

My legs were burning in the first exercise, but I pushed through it.


If you can’t get through all 6 rounds, that’s ok.


Just do as many as you can and note your score in your workout log.


The next time you try the workout again, try to beat your score.


Here are the details:

1. Jump Lunges to Mountain Climbers (6 rounds, 10secs rest, 30 secs work)

 Doing 5 jump lunges and 5 mountain climbers counts as 1 repetition. Here were my scores for the 6 rounds: 3,3,2,3,2,2

2. Reptile Push-Up to Burpee (6 rounds, 10 secs rest, 30 secs work)

Doing 1 reptile push-up and 1 burpee counts as 1 rep. My scores for the 6 rounds were: 4,5,4,3,3,4
