B-Fit #1 – 4-Minute Interval Workout Series

Hi guys,

 

Christmas & New Year holidays are fast approaching which means the malls are full of shoppers, airports are bustling with visitors, and schedules are jam packed with year-end school shows, kids off of school, and other holiday preparations.  

 

It’s no wonder that our fitness routines get sidelined this time of year, but I’d like to try to change that this year. 

 

Today is Day 1 of my “B-Fit in 4 minutes” interval workout series to help keep you active throughout the holidays. 

 

Doing something is better than doing nothing at all.  And if you feel like doing more, then go for it and just repeat the routine as needed. 

 

As always, be nice and warm before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
