B-Fit #2 – 4-Minute Interval Workout Series

Hello hello!!


Welcome back for Day 2!  I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s workout. 


If you’re a beginner, you might be feeling a little sore in the legs and glutes (bum) but that’s totally normal. 


You may even be feeling sore in your abdominals from the Prisoner Get Ups but getting your muscles warm again with today’s B-Fit workout will help ease those achy muscles. 


Just be sure to get in a good stretch after you’re done.


Today’s routine focuses on the major muscles of the body and the abdominals. 


The squat jumps help build lower body strength and cardio, the sumo push-ups work the upper body, and the bicycle maneuver effectively targets your abs. 


All of that in just 4 minutes! Imagine! ;)


Make sure that your muscles are nice and warm before the workout.  


You can walk up and down the stairs, do big arm circles, raise your knees to your chest, and so on.  


But more importantly, don’t forget to stretch after you’re done!!
