B-Fit #3 – 4-Minute Interval Workout Series

Hi guys!


You should be really proud of yourselves for taking charge of your schedule and not letting the holidays become an excuse to stop exercising. 


Welcome to Day 3! 


Today’s workout focuses on the lower body and the abdominals. 


The leg exercises also add an element of cardio if you’re doing the advanced version, so you should start to work up a sweat by the end of 4 minutes. 


Again, feel free to do a few more rounds if you have the time and energy. 


The hardest part of exercising is getting started so if you’re into it, keep going!


Make sure that your muscles are nice and warm before the workout.  


You can walk up and down the stairs, do big arm circles, raise your knees to your chest, and so on.


But more importantly, don’t forget to stretch after you’re done!!
