Welcome to Day 4! When working out every day, it’s a good idea to vary the workout to keep your body “guessing”, prevent boredom and allow your muscles to rest if they are sore.
So today we’re focusing on core & cardio. Even though it’s only 4-minutes, you’re going to feel great when you’re done.
And again, feel free to do more rounds or even repeat a previous B-Fit workout if you have the time and energy.
There’s no real need to warm-up separately because the cardio exercises will get you nice and warm.
Do however make time to stretch when you’re done. Here’s a video for stretch ideas.
