B-Fit #5 – 4-Minute Interval Workout Series

Hi guys!


For all of us living here in the UAE… TGIT (Thank God It’s Thursday!). 


Today marks Day 5 and if you’ve been following along daily, you should be feeling more energetic, stronger, and wanting to exercise more. :) 


It’s always difficult to start an exercise program, but once you’ve had a taste of it, it can become quite addictive.


Today’s workout is super simple but super effective. 


We’re doing around the world lunges which work the lower legs and glutes (bum), and push-ups, which work the chest, shoulders, triceps & core. 


As always, remember to warm-up your muscles by doing a few jumping jacks, running up and down the stairs, or doing big arm circles, and take a few minutes to stretch when you’re done.


It’s the end of the work-week for most of us and we all need a day of complete rest, so tomorrow’s workout is a much needed 4-minute stretching routine.
