B’s 1st Workout Video: 8-Minute Full Body Interval Workout

Hi Everyone,

Please take a look at my very first workout video.


You don’t need any equipment and it only takes 8 minutes to do!


Give it a try and let me know how you did.



Here’s how it works: 

There are 2 exercises. Set your interval timer to 6 rounds and 2 intervals: 10 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of maximum effort.


If you don’t have an interval timer, just use a watch with a second hand.


Perform the first exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. 


Keep repeating the intervals for a total of 4 minutes.


Reset the timer and perform the 2nd exercise in the same manner.




1. Lying Press-Ups: 6 rounds; 10 secs off/30 secs work


2. Pulsing Squat Jumps: 6 rounds; 10 secs off/30 secs work


Please note, although I don’t show my warm-up or stretches in the video, it is very important that you warm-up before your workout and stretch after you’re done.

I hope you enjoy this workout. It gave me an energy boost and set my day off on the right foot.
