I have to tell you, Free-B #10 left me in a pile of sweat!
It was a tough workout, but was very doable.
The goal is to complete 3 rounds as fast as you can, but remember that proper form is more important than your finish time.
Take as many breaks as needed to make sure that your form is correct.
If you can’t complete all 20 repetitions, then modify the exercise with one of the beginner exercises that I show towards the end of the video.
This was a great workout! It took me 13 minutes and 51 seconds to finish. Push hard and do your best… I know you can do it!
