Today’s workout will be the last workout I shoot for a month as I am leaving on vacation with my family on Friday.
I really can’t wait to unwind and enjoy quality time with my kids and husband, but as you know, preparing for a vacation with 4 kids has its own set of stressors.
This is why Free-B #11 is only 10 minutes short!
Don’t underestimate the intensity of the workout however… it may only be 10 minutes, but you’ll be sweating buckets by the end of the workout and feeling every muscle in your body.
As I mention in my video, if you’re also planning a vacation, make that you plan quality time for yourself and your health.

So the goal for today’s workout is to complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
Remember that proper form is very important so modify the exercise when you get tired and I show these modifications at the end of the video.
As always, remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards.
