It’s normal to have days when you just don’t feel like working out and it’s very easy to fall into the “I’ll do it tomorrow” trap.
Before you know it, a week or more has passed by and you didn’t get in a single workout!
Don’t let that happen because it’s so much harder to get started again then it is to keep going!
So, when the “I’m bored with my routine” days come around, it’s time to throw in an element of fun to put the fire back into training again.
For me, acting like a kid and doing old gymnastics moves always gets me smiling and excited to train… and not to mention, sore for two days afterwards!
Today’s gymnastics workout (below) is easy to remember.
Perform each exercise 5 times and repeat the routine 5 times.
Make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
I can’t guarantee that everyone will be able to perform today’s workout, but I can guarantee that you’ll have fun trying it.
