Once again, I apologize for not posting a new workout last week. When my kids are off school, my life becomes a bit manic and my work falls through the cracks.
So I’m making it up to you with today’s workout. It’s an amazing full body interval training workout and all you will need is a jump rope.
If you don’t have one, just mimic the motion with your hands.
The goal is to complete 4 rounds but if you’re feeling really energetic, then go for 5 rounds.
That makes it a 20 minute workout! Perfect for travel, before work, or anytime of the day!
As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
