Today’s workout is challenging but very doable.
There are 3 exercises and the goal is to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes.
If the exercises are too difficult or if you get tired, I do show beginner variations at the end of the video.
If you’re a total beginner however, I would recommend you start with one of my easier Free-B EASY workouts.
Make sure you keep track of your rounds so that you can try to beat your score the next time you repeat the workout.
As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
