Here’s another amazing 12-minute workout for you.
It’s short, it’s intense, and it works every muscle in your body.
There are 4 bodyweight exercises and the goal is to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes.
I do show beginner modifications at the end of the workout so do give it a try.
If you think that the level is still too difficult for you, then start out with one of my easier Free-B EASY workouts.
Make sure you keep track of your rounds so that you can try to beat your score the next time you repeat the workout.
As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
