For today’s workout I decided to re-shoot one of my very first workouts since I’m now using a follow-along format.
It’s a short 16-minute circuit interval workout that works your full body and gets you sweating in no time.
As always, make sure you modify the exercises to suit your fitness levels and I show these modifications towards the end of the video.
And this Thursday will be my very first Free-B Easy series so please stay tuned.
