I personally loved Free-B #8.
It’s a tough 20 minutes but that feeling that you get once you’re done and drenched in sweat at the end of the workout can only be described as an amazing sense of accomplishment and invincibility.
I felt like a million bucks and know that you will too!
There is a total of 5 exercises that will target all of the muscles from head to toe and all you will need is a mat.
As always, remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards.
Try your best, modify the exercises when you start to lose proper form, and remember to always be positive!
