Here is a challenge for you – Free-B #9. I did all 5 rounds but boy was it ever tough to finish!
I can easily tell if a workout is good or not by the rate of my hunger throughout the day.
I was famished all day after this workout as my metabolism was revving! Talk about the ultimate after-burn effect!

There are 4 different exercises but the challenge is the length of each interval.
Every exercise will be performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat the entire circuit 5 times through.
Try your best and push as hard as you can. Twenty minutes passes by really quickly so make the most of your workout.
As always, remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards. Also remember to modify the exercises when you start to lose proper form.
