I’m always being asked to show ab exercises, so your wish is my command! Today’s workout is a short core workout that is suitable for beginners.
If these exercises are still too difficult however, please let me know and I’ll be sure to post an even easier one.
My goal is to encourage you to do more and get better.
While some of these exercises may seem challenging at first, you will find them getting easier in no time, so give it a go and try your best.
As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
