I’d like to introduce you to Mehtap.
She is a mom of three and just like so many of you out there, she has no time to exercise – or shall I say, has not made the time to exercise. :)
You really don’t need alot of time to get in shape. As long as you do something every day, a little goes a long way!
Today’s workout is a just a 15-minute workout and works your entire body as well as cardio.
Even if you can’t do all three rounds, at least do the first one. There are 5 different bodyweight exercises and all that you will need is a chair and a mat.
Always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards.
