Today I finally get to introduce you to Emily.
She has been busy studying for exams and has now officially graduated from high school.
We’ve all been there… late night studying, less than optimal eating, and the stress of deadlines.
Whatever stage in life you are living, the stress that you feel is real.
Whether it’s the stress of school exams or politics at work, how you choose to deal with the stress is entirely up to you.
Sometimes we cannot control a situation, but we can always control how we react.
When it comes to dealing with stress, I cannot emphasize enough the importance that exercise plays - both psychologically and physiologically.
Free-B EASY #6 is proof that exercise does not have to be complicated in order to be effective.
Although I only asked Emily to take you through the first round, she volunteered to do the second as well! She was pumped! :)
There are 5 exercises that target all of the major muscle groups including core and cardio, which makes it a very effective workout for burning fat and toning your muscles.
You will need a supportive chair and a mat if you have slippery floors and don’t forget to have your water bottle ready.
The goal is to perform as many repetitions as you can during the 30-second intervals and complete 3 to 5 rounds of the entire circuit.
Do the best that you can. If you can only do 1 round for now, that is fine.
With time and effort, you will gain enough strength to complete more rounds.
