Last night my husband and I went out for dinner and as I sat around watching people all around me, I couldn’t believe how many people were obese.
Not just overweight, but severely obese. Unfortunately, this is becoming the norm in our society.
My heart went out to all them because I’m sure deep down they would much prefer being in a fit and healthy body.
I just wanted to go up to them and help by offering tips and advice, but how do you do that without offending them?
This is why I love the fact that I have my site as an outlet to help everyone – even those who are severely overweight.
Obesity is not a “lazy” disease – it is a complex disease with many factors including emotional and physiological ones.

Since my kids are on summer holidays, it was difficult arranging a beginner to be featured in this week’s video.
Instead, my youngest daughter Bella played the part… and play she did as she climbed my back any chance she could. :)
Grab your mat and have your water ready… today’s workout is all done on the floor.
There are 6 exercises and the goal is to complete 3 rounds of the entire circuit.
You will perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10-second break before moving onto the next exercise.
Do the best that you can. If you can only do 1 round for now, that is fine. With time and effort, you will gain enough strength to complete more rounds.
Always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards, and remember… Be Positive!
