Today’s workout is a perfect start for total beginners or for those who haven’t worked out in a very long time.
The workout is done entirely from the ground and there is very nice transition from one exercise to the other, which makes it even easier.
It’s only a 12-minute workout and I guide you through all four rounds so you’ll be able to just follow right along.
As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
