I’ve received great feedback from my previous Free-B EASY workout, so here’s another real-time beginner workout for you this week.
If you’ve never exercised a day in your life or haven’t worked out in a long time, it can be very difficult getting started.
It’s so important to start slowly and find a pace that suits your fitness level and physical conditions.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen people stop soon after they’ve started, either because they’ve injured themselves, became too sore and lost motivation, or found it too difficult to follow through.
Exercise should be fun and stress relieving. Find something that you enjoy and can do on a daily basis.
That’s why I believe my Free-B EASY workouts are perfect for beginners.
They’re short, they work the full body, and they’re always varied to prevent plateaus and boredom.
And the fact that you can do them at home is an added bonus.
So today’s workout is only an 11-minute workout and is divided into 2 parts.
The first two exercises focus on the legs and butt, and the second part targets the core and upper body.
As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
