Those who know me know that I’m a busy-body.
But my “busy” has been escalated to “chaotic” since my kids have been off of school, and so today I decided to introduce you to my little munchkins for the first time.
Having said that, I hope you understand why today’s workout is in fact just a fitness tip where I show you how to make a home made jump rope using socks and whatever you have for added weight.
This simple tip is also useful for those who aren’t coordinated enough to jump rope, so now there really are no excuses!
