The most common barrier for not exercising is lack of time.
So today I’m blowing that excuse out of the water and giving you an easy-to-do 4-minute workout.
You can literally do it anywhere, anytime! You don’t need any equipment, nor do you need alot of space – so there really are no excuses left.
Although this workout is short, you’ll be working you entire body from head to toe!
And beginners, I’ve also got you covered. I show you easier modifications towards the end of the video for you to give it a try as well.
As my son demonstrates in the video, kids can do it as well, so if you have children, have them join in the fun as well and see who can last the longest.

Set your Gymboss Interval Timer to countdown from 4 minutes. The goal is to complete as many sets of the exercise combination as possible.
Take a quick sip of water if you need to, but remember that the clock is ticking and you only have 4 minutes! Here is the exercise combination sequence:
Exercise Combination Sequence:
1. Jump Squat Touchdown x 2
2. Sumo Push-Up x 2
3. Diagonal Plank Knee Tuck Jumps (one to each side)
Performing the sequence above counts as 1 set. Do as many sets as you can in 4 minutes!
